Well this just made me feel worse.

I just got the same email, except replace “Wildtrak” with “Black Diamond” (my order). The funny thing is, and this is probably the case with most or all of us - both Ford and my dealer told me that my vehicle is “completed but not released”. So it’s built - even though this canned email says its not.
So yes - a strange thing to send out - just makes me feel worse also.

Got the email too and mine is built with expected delivery via customer support of 6/21. SMH

What a mess… At this point it’s not even worth checking the tracker, calling customer service or doing the online chat. I’m going to put it out of my mind and wait until I get the call from the dealer. This process is broken and thinking that they’re going to get it figured out anytime soon is just wishful thinking.

Picked my Bronco up yesterday. I guess I'm super lucky. Got a $2950 rebate which was unexpected. Good luck to all of those still waiting!

Well hell, missed this so went back and checked and turns out I got the dreaded email as well, Friday.
Weird since my dealer called me last week to tell me it was built and we could expect it soon.
Contacting them tomorrow.

Weird! I got this email Yesterday on the same day that I picked up my ordered Bronco. There seems to be a little disconnect going on.

Ok, reading through the other thread about this email, it’s obviously a shotgun blast. Seems several folks that have just gotten or are about to pick up their Bronco got the email also.
So maybe we don’t put too much stock it it, hopefully..

For those of us that are still waiting….grill a burger, have a beer, relax, and enjoy your family and friends. My hope is that we’ll all be cruising to the beach, the trails, or even just around town in our new Bronco awesomeness by 4th of July.

I checked with chat and my status is still Produced as of 5.23 with a new ETA of the first week of July. (old ETA was Jun6-12).
(Updated, I did find my Dear John email - it was in my Spam folder. lol)
