Dealer has still been unable to get it from the railyard to the dealership despite making efforts.

At least it's close (do not go to the railyard to look through the fence that would be sad)

I am still trying to decide which rock sliders/steps to go with

My wife requested steps the first time she tried to climb in. I finally got these (Westin HDX), and front mud flaps installed today. Flaps will take some getting used to but I’ve already got at least one rock chip through the paint, so will try to live with them.

Yeah the rock chips are out of hand
I live on a gravel road
Added expel to the lower doors and mudflaps
And waiting on some goat rock sliders
Hopefully that will do it

Yeah the mudflaps were literally the first thing I did. Sitting in my parents driveway with what they consider “tools” (arguable at best), I put on a pair of RekGens. I don’t live on gravel and my only offroading is done on sand but you all got me paranoid.

I've had no problems with rocks but won't go through a winter without mudflaps at least.

I like hearing rocks “tink” off the slider step rather than “clunk” off the body.

Did those pictures come from dealer or from Ford?

Did dealer have to fight to get you Ford points or were they just offered by Ford?

Also have you checked a carfax report? Does it now show the repair?

Couldn’t get a clear answer just it happened in Transportation

Did those pictures come from dealer or from Ford?

Dealer (my salesman) plus was walk through in person

Salesman just said he would make it right. Points offered by dealer - points say “Dealer Goodwill “ in my FordPass

No haven’t yet

My dealer was great dealing with issue. Of coarse not happy with damage and told them that in a strong discussion - but my dealer and especially my sales guy were stand up and said it will look new & we’ll need to do something above the body work.

Mine is still at the plant. Hasnt even been shipped yet. Next shipping window is 6/29-7/5

Ended up ordering a set of GoRhino D6 steps, they're 10% off on the GoRhino site right now. Guess it's a race to see if the side steps can make it from Texas to SC faster than my Bronco can get delivered on a 50 minute drive
