It is cheaper and easier in all aspects to move out of California. With all the money you save and the lack of restrictions here in America, you can order and install whatever you want!

I am also California resident and I went with Cobb. I really wanted it to fit in the OEM position and retain the use/function of the shutter system. I have my CARB sticker.

Isn't CARB going away soon?

CARB isn't going anywhere. The Federal Govt. can cut the funding to it but that may actually hurt us as parts in the pipeline waiting for CARB approval would probably be indefinitely delayed.

Don't get me wrong, I live in Los Angeles...I hate CARB. I believe it when I see it.
