My two cents on this cluster fuck which Ford created is that I have lost all interest in the Bronco I ordered. I no longer mention it to my friends or family; It's no longer "exciting"; No longer "fun"; and I no longer accept that there is any correlation to Covid or the related supply chain issues. I am embarrassed when people ask me how my Bronco order is doing or where it's at.

Ford has screwed the pooch on this product release, plain and simple and this product has exposed they're incompetence in planning & process management. I no longer care why Bronco shipments are delayed....it's a joke of intergalactic proportions. Further, and most significantly, Ford's communication with their customers is nothing short of abysmal and has been the most disappointing element of this train wreck.

At this point, I am so aggravated that I will never buy Ford again. Never.

Yes, I'll take delivery if/when it shows up but it's out of principal and not because I am still looking forward to it. After waiting over a year for this freaking thing, and particularly with all the recent screw ups, it's my morbid curiosity that is driving me. Regardless, I cannot wait to fill out that survey, and I really look forward to when the Sales manager asks me if there is anything that will prevent me from giving them a 10. Where do I start?

People ask me where my bronco is, and reply don't even start. I feel really embarrassed about it.

Ford tracker has gone back to N/A for mine as well. I’m guessing that once the estimated date was removed, the Trace code went away too because it doesn’t register as lost in shipping. Even though it’s about as lost as it could fucking get.

Ford tracker has gone back to N/A for mine as well. I’m guessing that once the estimated date was removed, the Trace code went away too because it doesn’t register as lost in shipping. Even though it’s about as lost as it could fucking get.

Mine went back to N/A and I thought I’d rotate the phone to a horizontal position.

Now it’s says “What the hell do you think you’re doing?”

I just looked at my tracker it now says delivery n/a. it did say 8/5 just yesterday. I’m at the point where I think Ford needs to lose their ass on this bronco, I have no faith that this will still be in my driveway in two years.

My window sticker updated in the last couple hours to show 7/22 on the bottom but still no other updates.

What does it mean when the date on the window sticker changes?
