That would be then! Sitting since 6.18
I will throw a wrench in the whole MIC top thing, as I keep mentioning, I am a soft-top. It can’t be JUST a hard top issue. Something else has got to be wrong as well.
MAYBE..JUUUUST MAYBE....Your's is stuck behind 4500 MIC tops and they can't figure out how to move the others out of the way to get yours to the gate?

Given there are 3 or so weeks of production beyond our 6/28 week, this doesn't surprise me. Only questions I have is if they indeed can cover that volume over the course of shutdown as @PREMiERdrum noted in another thread AND if they'll go based on days parked.
Long time lurker but since I'm in the same boat as everyone else I thought I'd share some info. Like many on here my bronco was built 7/1 and has been waiting to ship ever since. The only hold on mine and most units are for the MIC top

Don't ask how I know, but currently a little over 5000 broncos are on stop ship due to MIC hard tops inspection and repair.
Not buying “over 5,000”, nope not buying it!

First week of retail production was 6/15.

Week of 7/5 plant was shut down.

Today 7/23 completes the 5th full week of retail production.

Math

5,000 Parked Broncos / 5 weeks of retail production = 1,000 Broncos Parked per week

Based on a 5 day work week they are parking 200 Broncos per day?

Nope, not buying “over 5,000”

(yes, I know they worked a couple of Saturdays)

Also you need approx 35 acres to park 5,000 cars.
A parking lot 300 feet wide and 1 mile long.

Idk man, but I think it's possible. They were producing about 800 a day in June and are now over 900 a day.

Based on your numbers they are parking 20-25% off the total cars produced.

Now subtract the soft tops. Not sure of the MIC/Soft ratio.

Just for fun let’s say it’s 50/50.

So they’re parking 40-50% of the MICs produced?!?!?

They do use off site parking as well.
I believe they were using an area by Mich Ave and Belleville Rd at one point.

Just saying it's possible. I was doing search on the various numbers on my window stickers and found a shit ton of Broncos Vins going all the way back to early June that have yet to be delivered. I think this has been going a while but they had a major hiccup that last week of June that brought it to light.

The volume is there based on ratios to ranger and mix with MIC/soft top. Your picture doesn't capture the full parking area of MAP plus surrounding lots. I've also seen a few parked in Dearborn.

Is it truly 4-5000? No idea. But it won't be a small number.

Someone near the MAP needs to drive around over there and scope things out. I’d like to see a photo of several thousand Broncos with “bad roof” scribbled on them.
I’m glad for the peeps that are getting their Broncos…but it also stings knowing I could be driving mine by now. And the unknown holdup is salt in the wound.
