That is great news. There is a new thread on here talking about a recent union strike that might affect production. Looks like we just missed it!
The area I live in is all automotive manufacturing, it’s a big talking point around here because it’s really going to hurt the area. My son ordered a Ranger and I don’t think he will see it any time soon he’s already been pushed back twice.
It’s supposed to be 9/14 they seem to be focused on Stellantis, so it might not be a all out strike across the big 3.
What does the tear tag represent?
That UAW strike is messing with me, still in the production phase, with a blend date of 8/22 and tear tag on 8/24 but no email from ford so either they forgot to email or they pulled for inspection. I dont mind either but with the possibility of strike it does cause some tension.
I got moved to built on the tracker and I got an email confirming it, but I still can’t see my tear tag. Modules popped, but no tear tag. I feel like that should be there before the built email but who knows. Ford chat have me an estimated 9/08-9/14 delivery so I might be clear.
