I received the location info from Ford chat this morning.
I contacted Ford chat three times since I received by shipped email on 11/15. They were never able to give me rail car info, but it moved via rail from MI to MA in the last 14 days. East Brookfield, MA is the end of the rail line for my vehicle, so it is waiting for a truck to Maine.
Where in Maine is yours headed? Mine sat in East Brookfield for over a week before they brought it by truck to the dealership

I'm finding it next to impossible to track. Me when prompted for the car number: "TTGX." Recording: "Did you say, ETGS?" Me, "No." Me again: TTTT TTTT GGGG XXXX". Recording: "Did you say TRVX?" Instead of speaking, on your phone's keypad use....."1" for location, 81 81 41 92 for TTGX....then wait... then it will ask for the car number, type in the rest of the numbers....wait.. then you can hit ## for "done"I'm finding it next to impossible to track. (8 corresponds to the number the letter T is on the keypad and 1 is the first digit on that number key. )

2. Press 2.
3. Press 2.
4. Enter the letters on the numeric keypad then press #. As in: TTGX will be 8849
5. Enter the numbers then press #. It wasn't taking my voice prompts but typing worked.
Give it a try. I was not happy after about five times, and it wouldn't understand a simple TTGX.
My dealer just called, my bronco just arrived. Planning to pick it up Thursday.
CSX tracker this evening says departed Portage WI, finally one state away from home. Only 231 miles to go!! I might actually see this damn thing soon!!!
