That's awesome! I have a ton of that lying around at work. I might have to "acquire" some of it.

So that’s what the wash down rear end cargo bed looks like.

Nice rail as well - I considered doing something similar with unistrut but ended up doing molle panels

This is really nice. Can you please post a link to the specific track you have installed?

Here is the Amazon info for the track and tie downs. The Nut serts are 1/4" x 20 and the screws are Allen head, stainless countersunk, 1/4" x 20 x 2".

The holes for the track are accessible from underneath so if you want to put nuts and washers below, it is possible. I did not because if I want to take the track out to remove the rubber matt/cover, it will be a lot easier to do so. Also, there are wires and tubes below, so do nut drill without a limit collar as shown in the picture. Before the final assembly, I applied silicone sealer around the perimeter of the Nut serts and inside the threaded area to seal them. The tracks nearest the back tailgate/door look like I cut them too short. This was cut there on purpose due to the track mounting holes. I was making sure there was plenty of support even though these tie downs won't be holding as much weight as the factory D rings. If you need any other details or advice, ask away.

Thanks a bunch! This is very helpful. The additional tie downs are so needed as I found out over the memorial day weekend picnic trip. Thanks again for the more detailed installation instructions as well!

Very nice.

I used to go to the Boeing Surplus Store for cool parts and materials like this, good times.

But, alas, it appears they shut it down. Damn Internet.

KABQ, is this one of yours? 912 was at KLRD in May '22 for a job in Mexico, but in a different livery than what you have in your avatar.

Ineos put this stuff all over the exterior of their Grenadier.
How can we also integrate it to the exterior of the Bronco?

I was wondering if we could make a bracket that fit between the hard top and body.
like without effecting it being waterproof.

Trailrax's pak rax would pretty much accomplish this:

Ooo yea glad to see im not crazy. Looks like you can wedge something in there
Trailrax should have just ued a series of the airline profile instead of inventing their own molly panel thing
