OK, first, that looks amazing! Thanks for sharing! Two, I didn’t think you could take the rear seats out of the 2 door bronco? Please tell me how you did this lol. Single woman here! 🤣 I would love to take the backseats out of my bronco and three, is your bronco name Chanel? Like the couture line?! 🙏😍
Thanks :) Yes it's pretty easy to pull the seats. Just a few bolts and unplug the wiring harness to each one. The seat bottoms and seat backs come out separately so they're fairly easy to handle. The airbag warning light on the dash came on but I've just ignored it so far. If it doesn't go off when I put the seats back in I'll try clearing the codes in Forscan.

Yes the Bronco's name is Chanel. Our 1970 Bronco is called Coco so yes both are named after Coco Chanel, who is one of my wife's heroes.

Great pics we just did our 3rd run coast to coast sf to fl with a big dog. Taking the back seat out was the key to the operation.
Or route was hwy 10 not as pretty as 40 or others but that dang heat was nipping at our heels right before July 4 th.
We have Mastiffs but they only get to go with us when we travel in the motorhome LOL

I've never been all the way across on I-10. But we have it on our list for one of these years. My sister lives in Florida so we might make a future road trip out of it :)

My wife and I recently took our summer road trip in the Bronco and had a blast. We spent 2 weeks going through 13 states and covered 4,190 miles. We left Southern California and spent a couple days at Lake Mohave with friends over 4th of July, then continued on through AZ, NM, TX, OK, KS and into Missouri where we spent a few days with family. Then it was up through Iowa, across Nebraska to Wyoming for a few days in the Cody and Yellowstone NP area. Then back home through Montana, Idaho and Nevada to California.

We camped out of the Bronco a few times, stayed with friends or family a few times, and stayed in a couple of motels. Biggest expense was gas but it was much cheaper the further you get from California.

The Bronco once again performed flawlessly. We've taken several long road trips in it and find it comfortable and adaptable to whatever we're doing. For reference its a '21 Base 2-Door non-Squatch, 2.3L/7-speed MT. Its on ICON EXP shocks and Nitto 35's. We pulled the rear seats out for this trip to make room for more gear. Our camping setup was just a $45 ground tent, air mattress and sleeping bags.

Here are a few more of our pics from the trip. Sorry no wheeling pics, we pretty much stuck to roads and highways on this one :) And I'll spare you guys all the non-Bronco pics from the trip LOL.

You have a great looking truck. Thank you for sharing photos from a wonderful trip, it looked like a lot of fun. I too did a 5K trip in my Bronco upon receiving it, and I went through Washington, Idaho, Colorado, Utah, Arizona, Nevada, back to B.C. and I was amazed at how well the Bronco did, from the iconic trails in Moab, to cruising at 100mph through Nevada, I never experienced one hiccup. Like you, I am very happy with my truck!
By the way, where did you get your stripes?

Gorgeous rig! Great pics!

As you have noted, the Bronco is a comfortable rig.

We just did a weeks worth of 2k mi trip, four people in a 4 door, hotels or family's houses, so no camping gear required.

The new 4dr Badlands Bronco was flawless and worked well. We spent a lot of time on smaller roads in mountainous areas. I NEVER had power issues, this 2.3 moves the 4 door just fine at elevation and up steep grades.
I'm loving these Broncos !!!!

Sounds like you had quite an adventure too!

I did the stripes myself. Took measurements, laid them out in Adobe Illustrator and sent the files to my local vinyl sign shop to cut them out. I also gave him the vinyl, which I ordered online rather than choose from whatever he had on hand. The vinyl was about $100 and the die-cutting was $40.
