Congrats - that’s a great pair and similar to how I ended up with my pair. I made the mistake of taking my wife to pick up my Raptor and she saw the HLE and had to have it. HWHL

your right I paid more for the 1977 then I did for my 2023 Wildtrak, but I wanted a Gen 1 that had already been restored, but not completely, so I could tinker with it and make it my own. The history vin report from Ford records showed this vehicle was originally from the south so it wasn’t exposed to the north conditions which keep the body and frame in better condition. It also had a 302 engine and transmission rebuilt. I’m going to add the vintage air and the Amp running boards. I also wanted to be able to drive this one and not worry about getting a scratch on it.
