Has anyone gone down the route of adding heating elements to the rear seats?

Thought about it. That's about as far as I have taken it. LOL

Seems like the bottom cushion will be tricky because it moves so far.

Same, thought about it but haven't decided if I want to tackle that project as of yet, but I would like to.

I did it.

I had base cloth seats and added mabett's leather seat covers.

Before installing, I added heated seat elements to the front and back seats.

The kids love them!

Got pics of the switch install? I assume they get left on and you are constantly having to turn them off yourself?

I actually bought the heated seat elements last year but have yet to install them. That vinyl can get cold even on a TX morning.

What kit did you go with for the rear seats? You have a 2 door or 4 door? Thanks for the info 🍻

Sorry for the dirty pictures, you can definitely tell that my kids kick all over the back of my seats and rear console!

Here is the link to the heating elements (out of stock):

Seat Cushion Heated seat Kit High/Low Switch Settings Faster Warm Up (2 seat) https://a.co/d/iF5OroM

I ended up purchasing 2 sets. They were under $50/ea set.

I'm thinking about doing the same. Did you out the elements under the cloth or just between the covers and on top of the cloth?

The elements have adhesive on them to hold them in place. I just installed them on top of the cloth seats but underneath the covers.

Pretty easy install.
