Adding speakers to B & O sound system?

Hey all! Im new to the the forum.
I have a 2023 4 door badlands with the B and O sound system. I want to not replace but instead add speakers by way of a small amp. Is there a way to connect to the output of the radio so the feed goes to that amp as well?
In full transparency I’ve already tried tapping into the wires that feed the left dash speaker but that didn’t work. I guess the system is too sensitive. When the amp was on there was no sound out of that one speaker, the other speakers were fine. When the amp was off that speaker also worked normally. So I undid that mistake in hopes of finding a better way to tap into the radio output.

I appreciate you responding. I honestly don’t know exactly what I need. I’m just trying to run the output feed from the radio to a small amp I already have installed that’s powering speakers I repurposed. The amp has a usb input and a RCA input. If you have a wiring harness or some type of adapter to accomplish that it’d be great and appreciated.

I tapped into the kick panel speakers, those are full range and what you need to get sound to the amp, there are some videos on YouTube that show which wires to use. The amp I have has a speaker wire input option, but I believe you can get a line out converter too that you can run the speaker wires to then run RCAs from that to the amp.
The plug n play is clearly another option that a lot of people have used as well.
