I like the look to the tube steps, and also they should help the dog getting in on he own but I may not be able to get a Bronco that has them factory installed. How hard is it to buy something OEM/after market and put it on?

Thank you!

It is so easy to install. I have a F150 that I literally bolted and unbolted (I ended up not liking them) in 30 minutes.

checkout IAG steps, those look decent and can hook up to the factory rock rails.

We have a few different styles that quickly and easily hook right onto the factory rock rails.

TAC Side Steps 4” from Amazon. Under $200 for the 2-door.

Edit: if you have the OEM rock sliders you’ll have to remove them to use these side steps. These can be installed without any assistance.

They really are terrible. The cut of your leg pretty good regularly.

A smoother finish is a must, and then being so high is awkward.
oh dang, sorry to hear. I have just seen pictures and some other comments from people that seemed to like them.

Thanks for the heads up. I plan on the heritage standard or Wildtrak with factory steps myself.

We need them for one kid but will dump them as soon as she grows more. If you go steps just get some electronics ones and call it a day. The factory ones weren’t that great either, but they didn’t tear up our legs.

Not hard to install. A 2nd set of hands helps but not necessary. They really help deflecting rocks off the front tires.
