I have a non Sas Big Bend and want to do a couple mods that will add some weight. Am concerned about dropping the ride height too much since from what I’ve seen each trim has slightly different spring rates. Am I being paranoid?

I already added the Oem skid plates (gas tank, tcase, engine) and would like to add the Oem rock rails and a metal rear bumper. I already have the front modular.

should this all be no big deal for the bb stock set up?

I think you should be fine. If I'm not mistaken, the black diamond uses the same Hitachi setup & has the skids & mod bumper out of the box. Not sure if the BD has a different spring rate, but even if... I think the additional wear on your shocks should be negligible.
