Definitely should be considered a cosmetic replacement - I'd trust the stock plastic bumper over that thing. The steel looks paper thin…That’s nuts! At least there is a picture of someone installing it.

If you have a hitch, it will bolt together just fine. If not, there is a shim that comes with the kit
This is where the OEM bumper attached and the flanges on the bumper are 1/4" thick steel.
Relocation Bracket comes with License Plate light too.

By the pictures, not a fan of license plate kit, but I'm almost 100% on that bumper.Here are some Pics of the Bumper and the License Plate relocation Bracket

The plate relocate is not a favorite of mine. By the way, the light for the plate is white, not blue, that's due to low light in my garage at the time of pics. I am looking at other options to fabricate something better for the plate, but it a solution right now and not the final solution.

Everyone has different reasons for wanting a rear bumper mine was because the stock one sat so low I kept hitting rocks when they came off the back tire. That bumper looks to sit low also. I'm not hating it looks nice just something to keep in mind if you plan to ride some big trails.
Damage done to stock.
New bumper you can see has way more clearance. Its the ADD so its not cheap.

I have RC front installed and have the RC rear waiting to be installed. I'll provide feedback if I come across any issues.

The RC rear looks good - mine arrives today! The OEM rear bumper is awful.
I like the ADD. I don't know why so many want to move the license plate and make the truck look stupid. (IMO of course). I know it's a symmetry thing and they want to add lights and hooks and other dumb shit but damn man...
