lol just delicate sensors. Nothing new, and not the first time Ford has had CCV sensors reading issues.

I was referring to to debate last year about oil capacity of the two engines.
Why would crankcase ventilation even need to be monitored?

I know, I got the reference. As far as monitoring the CCV pressure, I have no idea to be honest. It never was monitored by Ford until recent years.

My issue was not resolved. My dealer is struggling to figure it out. I'm going to bring it back on Monday to see if he can figure it out. I called the Ford customer support line after they left a message but they never called me back..

Ford customer service is absolutely useless!

Took my 2.7 in for service regarding this Fault. I mentioned the TSB and needing a reprogram.
They said my Injen intake caused this and it'll cost $185 for Diagnostic fee.

Trying to get them to reconsider.

This issue in the tsb is specific to 2023 models. Isn't yours under warranty?

They're not allowing any warranty due to the Injen intake being installed.
Talked to a service manager. They're waiving the fee, and want me to install the oem intake and verify if the code is still reoccurring.

Frustrating for sure.

I have a 23 Bronco. Had the same exact issue as OP. This was the second time in a month I took the Bronco in for the same CEL crankcase ventilation sensor out of range or whatever. First time they replaced a "sensor". This time I told them about the TSB. They reprogrammed it and I am hoping I don't see the error again. After 100 miles without a CEL, I'll feel good about it. If I have to go in again, lemon law will be triggered. I really hope I don't have to go down that path!

Just drove 7 hours to the mountains of NC and had the same issue. My '23 Wildtrak has 4500 miles. I'll have to drive 1000 miles with this issue until I get back to Pittsburgh. Super frustrating.

Took the Bronco to the dealer and they were able to update the software related to TSB 23-2185.
So far, so good.

Just had same issue here. ‘23 BadSquatch with 3600 miles. It is mid 90s here in case outside temp is a factor.

Should not be. Just a software issue. Take it in and point them to the TSB.

This happened to me as I drove my brand new '23 WT Sasquatch off the lot. I took it to my local dealer, and they couldn't even read the code. I set up an appointment, and by the time the appointment had come, the problem went away. Well, it came back again today, and I'm at about 540 miles (about three weeks later).

So, when I FINALLY get to my new appointment time in September, I'll tell them about "TSB 23-2185." Thanks to all; this is a great community.

At the dealer for this problem. They can see that my WT read the code this morning, even though the check engine light is off. The system also tells them about the TSB. Hopefully they get it taken care of today.
