Anyone thinking about replacing the sasquatch OEM 12 bolt beadlocks beauty rings with more capable 24 bolt rings. The 12 bolt doesn't actually do much for airing down.
12 bolt doesn't do anything for airing down. That's why they're "beadlock-capable" wheels rather than beadlock wheels, which Ford can't sell on a vehicle. I think someone on here had put the beadlock rings on.

just get these and be done with it

So, I am new to anything beadlock. So, why isn't the same thing done to the inside bead? Can't it break away from the rim just like the outside bead?

beadlocks are not DOT legal. The ones in the video are DOT approved and never need to be adjusted.

The ones Ford uses, you need to check the bolts every few hundred miles. And most tire shops will not touch them.

Thanks for the response but that wasn't what I was asking about. From my understanding not being DOT approved does not necessarily make them illegal. Depends on each state. I am no expert but that has been what I have been able to surmise.

you are correct. No one will ever pull you over and asked if they are legal .. BUT if you are in an accident where the beadlock rings falls off and causes an accident, then you will be liable.

Again you still need to check the bolts every few hundred miles
