I’m looking for an aftermarket Roof Rack for my 2023 Bronco (not Sport) 2-Door Black Diamond With the hard top. I would like to be able to remove/reinstall the roof panels with the rack attached. Any ideas? Thanks!

It is possible to get the roof panels out with a standard Ford roof rack. Mine is hanging in the garage right now, but I'm not currently interested in selling it.

Is there some other reason why you want aftermarket instead of the one that Ford makes?

Yeah the front panels come off with the factory rack..the rear panels can't...but since you have a two door you Don't have that problem.

Unless you are look to spend $1,000+ on an aftermarket in order to be able to load it up with tents and stuff, keep you eye out for a used OEM. They usually go for less that $500.

Also I think Mabett may make a whole "factory" rack.

The HookeRoad half rack - which some have had rattling issues with - allows rear panel removal without doing anything to the rack. You have to pop it up in front and slide it forward a little, but it is pretty easy.

For a 2-door? That's what this particular thread is about.

The hooke road half rack covers the rear most top piece and not the front panels. It should work well for your build. I have the full rack for my 4dr BD. No rattling issues yet.

The 4-door roof has two sets of slots on it which allows you to install a half rack just at the back. The 2-door only has one set of slots, so no way to mount a half rack. The roofs are different between the two. You can't use the 4-door stuff on a 2-door.
