Alerts volume

Ending week 3 of my sweet ride. Road trip... The freaking alerts, in Ford's nav or while connected to waze via Android auto! Wow. Soooo loud, they're scary. Can't see how to turn them down.

You have to adjust the volume while an alert or a voice prompt is actually playing.
