Hello folks, I have been rapping my head around this feature as it doesn't seem to work with mine. It is something I want to get working as I think it is great for when you pull up to a light and respect other drivers while playing your favorite music.

Question 1: Has anyone else had this problem and have they found a fix?
Question 2: I realize this is an odd question, but I am at a loss. Does the top need to be off? Does the Bronco sense the top off and then activate SCV?
Question 3: What is the difference between Low, Medium and High? I assume it is how much it attenuates the music, but the manual doesn't say much about this feature.

Thank you.

I don't think it will turn the volume down for you but it will increase it from what you set it to as you increase in speed.

I wasn't paying attention to circumstances but I know the other day it did turn mine down as I rolled up to a light - caught me off guard as I hadn't noticed it before. Will try and do some tests as now I'm also curious

I have tried mine at different levels and doesn't seem to make any difference.
My previous vehicle (a Ridgeline) worked perfectly.

Any suggestions?

Mine will turn down a loud volume while driving at 55, down to a reasonable volume as I slow and stop at a light. Maybe you're only listening at a medium/low level to begin with so the decrease isn't noticeable?

Used mine today for some Highway driving. It definitely raises the volume and when getting off the Highway it lowered it to where I had it before speeding up to highway speeds. It does not suddenly turn it up it is a gradual increase and as such may seem to not work.

it's one of the things I'm gonna have the dealer test with my first service. I can't tell a difference either, but I don't change speeds from 25 to 80 and back all the time. Hard to really test, almost would need a constant test tone instead of music that changes all the time too.

I have the same problem. All my other cars have this and you can tell when it increases/decreases. I've been on highway and local roads and see zero changes - I even tried each of the settings. Any evidence someone's didn't work? Assuming it would be a software and/or sensor glitch.
