Ok Guys, I'm no expert so I'll ask for your wisdom.

I have a Sasquatch Black Diamond Bronco. Sasquatch Wheels are +30 Offset, new set of wheels are -10 Offset. Diameter and width stays the same(17x8.5). This pulls to the outside the wheel by 1.57 inches.

Do I need to align my Bronco?

From my understanding, I don't need to align, but a few people already asked me if I needed to do some kind of alignment with the new wheels and now I'm having doubts.

Any feedback would be helpful

Changing wheel offset should not affect the alignment angles. Going from positive to negative offset does however put more stress on everything. I would make sure all your inner control arm bolts are good and tight (without moving the adjusters). My son found mine to be less than tight on one side from the factory.
