This may be a tough question,
I know for a fact that I was the first reservation at my dealer but with Priority and VIP orders how far back in line can I be pushed?
Hopefully one of the dealers out there can help with this.

How much unobtainium is in your build spec? šŸ˜‰

Just SAS, but that shouldnā€™t matter on allocation #. Itā€™s a 2Dr Base with SAS and Aux switches, nothing else.

Then you should be in a good position for 21MY delivery. But if your build was full of cardinal sins, and your dealer only has (say, for example) 3 allocations, you might get pushed back quite a bit by stripper builds flowing in as dealer stock to fill allocation slots.

But what should my allocation number be? #3, #4, #5 ?

And does dealer stock count toward allocations too?

Despite the alarm about it, Priority and VIP orders had very little effect*.

There were just over 3,000 priority ordersā€¦ Ford will be producing many more times that every week.

The very first week of production, which was actually a week earlier than they originally planned, produced about 3,000 units.

What this means is that if your dealership had 1 or two priority orders, and they wait until an entire truck can ship your dealerā€™s way, and youā€™re #1 at your dealership, assuming no commodity issues, your Bronco would still arrive on the very first truck.

From your perspective, and basically everyone elseā€™s, the priority orders didnā€™t do anything other than make a big difference for the person who got awarded it.

*The caveat is if you were going to be one of the very last MY21 Broncos produced, and that 1 or 2 priority builds just barely pushed you into MY22ā€¦ and then a bunch of earlier code 99 people took their place in line ahead of you, delaying your build further.

But it doesnā€™t sound like thatā€™s your problem.

In reality, commodity issues are playing a MUCH larger role on when people get their Broncos.

Sadly itā€™s THE biggest sin right now
Exactly this. The top fiasco has 95% of 2dr orders waiting to see if weā€™re gonna even make it this year. I reserved in the first 10 hrs with granger and Iā€™m not confident in it at this point.
To answer your original question, at absolute worst you should be #4, in the event your dealer was able to snag additional priority orders (there were parameters to earn extras I believe).

Thereā€™s a 100% chance you may or may not get a 2021. Thereā€™s also a 100% chance I have no idea what Iā€™m talking about.
