I've been frustrated in the total lack of communication and honesty from Ford lately and I'm really in need of a different vehicle than what I have.

I spent several nights going over builds and looking at dealerships and had decided that a Rubicon would meet my immediate needs. I took several test rides in four and two door units with the turbo 4 and the V6. I was ready to pull the trigger when I saw a post on my dealerships FB page that their Bronco mannequin had arrived.

I drove two hours to spend a little time with one. When I finally did get my grubby mitts on it: I was impressed! Actually I was blown away by it. I did not get to drive it but I was able to explore it to my hearts content.

What did I learn? It is well worth the wait!

I went over everything I had doubts about, questions gnawing at the back of my mind and looked at some of the spots that received negative comments in past reviews and the videos that are showing up on YouTube.

In my opinion: there isn't anything cheap about this thing. The dash is nice, the plastic is the same quality as other similar brands on the market. The tail gate works just fine and there are no issues with it (had a 33" tire on it). There is a lot of room in the interior: a lot! I felt I was sitting upright and had lots of leg room and room around me, visibility is great, seats are comfortable. I truly did not find anything that stuck out and annoyed me or looked like it will become an issue down the road. The stance is nice; it is stout and has a commanding presence. The one I saw is a Badlands so I am expecting that my SaS will be a little higher when it is built

Now Ford just needs to get their s%$t together and get these out in the wild. Give us a 2 door soft top and ship our hard top when you get it right! I'll gladly pay for the soft top so I have my vehicle while they sort the MiC issues out.

I want to thank my salesman (and forum member) AJ for answering all my questions and going over it with me!

I know the pictures are old news now but I took them so I'm posting them, lol!

*picture sizes are weird; not sure what I did wrong.

I almost did the same with a 4xE high altitude - I am happy that I hesitated - I figured if I change my mind in the future - resale will be good so I can upgrade my Bronco or switch to Jp if I feel like it. I am sure the Bronco will be fine - the blend date is tomorrow for me.

EVERY TIME I see cyber Orange I’m glad that’s what I ordered. Hopefully mine actually gets built 8/5 and I will have it before September. That is if they don’t start halting shipments due to MIC top issues.
