Wondering if anyone has had success with this product.?

It’s a pretreatment ..Amsoil website says it creates a non-stick protective layer which repels against accumulating mud, dirt and snow.

Haven’t used that specific product but before I went wheeling last time, I put on Adams slick and slide…it’s like a cheap version of ceramic coating…it’s a 20 minute job that saves WAY more time than that during the post cleanup.

I definitely recommend doing something. For me, I catch the Adams slick and slide when it is $8/bottle or a gallon on sale, and use about 8 ounces treating the undercarriage before wheeling.

Speaking from limited experience, it is worth the pretreatment time and money. Post cleaning can be the worst.

Initially read that as spray-on mud, and pictured the ultimate mall crawler accessory!

For me dirt and mud can be power washed off. I worry more about corrosion so I use CRC Heavy Duty Corrosion Inhibitor #060626. Only 2 cans to cover the under carriage once a year. Have driven her on/off road in the dirt, mud and snow plus I park it outside. After 16months of ownership looks like the day I took delivery with no rust or caked on mud.
