Any issues with windshield tint?

Typically not used to justify a stop, but may add to any fines Mr. Officer writes. I've had tint and not on issue.

I dont see how adding tint could cause any water issue. The only issue to worry about it legality.

I have 70% Kavaca IR and it cuts most heat and glare. All but the trained eye wouldn’t even know it’s tinted. About $550 to do the windshield including a darker strip at the top

Interesting subject, hadn't really considered this before but could totally see the benefits of it.

Question, does it apply on the inside of the windshield like other window tint? I had been thinking of trying something on the outside for prevention of rock chips.

Had STEK 70% installed on my first Bronco, and XPEL 70% installed on the second. No problems with either one.

Yep, installs on the interior of the windshield. On the exterior, you'd be looking for something like ExoShield, which is fairly difficult to install.
