Any threads on retrofitting options on higher trims to lower?

Have there been any threads talking about taking options on higher trims and retrofitting them on lower trims?

Here are the things I am thinking about:

• Automatic climate control
• Heated seats
• Self-dimming mirrors
• Adaptive cruise control
• Intelligent Access (Touch door unlock from the handle)
• any anything else.
