I've been lurking and reading more on this forum than I ever did in High School, and the more I read, the more indecisive I become...

I was set on the WT, but the more I read, the more I begin considering other options like the daily occurrence everyone else is probably experiencing. Has anyone else changed their minds after the survey email? Why did you decide one over the other?

Yes, now I consider BL. I don't really need 35" tires and BL has other SQ goodies.
So in the end
(BL + high + 2.7/10 + hard_top) is cheaper than (WT + high + front_bumper + bash_plates).
I don't really need sway bar disconnect.
I do like rubber floor.
I do like rear steel bumper.
I do like bash plates.
I am still thinking about how vinyl seats be comfortable as daily driver and how absence of Sport mode will feel.

In the same boat... however, going the other way! Reserved a Black Diamond. Now thinking about WildTrak.

However... I'll really miss the rubber floor and drain plugs and the marine grade vinyl. Wish I could get those in the WT.

Went from Outerbanks to Black Diamond to Outerbanks again, and now Wildtrak. As long as the prices remain the same, I’ll probably stick with the Wildtrak

No sport mode on BL?

I honestly for me think the wildtrak might be the best value
I wanted the BD with squatch and V6 but that might be pushing 45k - with Granger pricing- thought BL but that’s too might be 46k with the black HT
At 47k the WT seems to make the most sense
At least today!

Still sticking with my Wildtrak so far. Going for the High Package, Side steps, Steel Bumper, Upgraded Bash Plates, Towing Package, and leather(price depending).

Edit: Nope! Sticking with the Wildtrak, for sure. Seeing those new pictures of the Squatched 4 door has me sold!

Hell no. Sticking with Wildtrak + High + modular bumper + towing

Buy once, cry once and be done.

Considering Base + 2.7L Auto + Sasquatch + hard top. Essentially a WildTrak without sprinkles on top for $10,000 less.

I have an outer banks reserved but leaning heavily towards the Wildtrak. Like everyone, I want to see the build and price.

I have been having an internal debate and am glad that we have until December to make a decision.

On one hand a highly optioned Outerbanks (Sas, 2.7L, high package, mic top, tow, roof rails) comes in at $50,950

Or a Black Diamond at $41,745 (2.3L, Manual, Mid, mic top, tow, roof rails)

Outerbanks Pros
Smile inducing power (2.7L)
Tech goodies (12 inch screen, Signature LED, Trail Turn)
Sasquatch

Or

Black Diamond Pros
Smile inducing manual transmission
$9200 cheaper
Blank slate for future (possible fox or king suspension, wheels and tires)
Washout interior

I am leaning heavily towards the Black Diamond as my use in Florida equals a lot of sand and getting caught in rain showers. The washout interior and less tech should fair better under these conditions.
