I don't doubt that's what they told you. There has been plenty of confusion throughout this process. Seems they may have a misunderstanding. One thing is certain, we'll all find out in the coming weeks.
Let's hope I'm wrong and was misinformed

I have a number I called , at home. Let's hope I was fed the wrong info. But this email was the email I recieved last month. The one I posted was the most recent one I recieved from them. Again hope I was just misinformed. I'm already livid with the process.

I have a number I called , at home. Let's hope I was fed the wrong info. But this email was the email I recieved last month. The one I posted was the most recent one I recieved from them. Again hope I was just misinformed. I'm already livid with the process.
I received the “scheduled for production” email 3/2 and the same “change your order” reminder 3/3. I also called ford to try and confirm my price protection, and the guy I spoke with (after several transfers) put me on hold for a while, then came back on the line and told me I’d need to speak to my dealer for that info, which is contrary to everything I know to be true. I didn’t think further questions would result in any useful info, so I just thanked him and hung up.

All of this is to say, I don’t think they all know what tf they’re talking about over there, and that email was sent to just about everybody.
