Anyone asked their Ford dealer to install overhead auxiliary switches post purchase?

Has anyone asked their Ford dealer to install overhead auxiliary switches post purchase? Looking to have some installed. My dealership is acting like they can’t do it. So any suggestions on where to go would be greatly appreciated as well. I’m in the north GA mountains.

I don't see any dealer agreeing to do it. But there's a video from a company that walks you through it and parts needed somewhere. Ton of work. You'll kick yourself for not spending the $200 to add to order
