Anyone else have Noise when moving the shifter left in neutral. What is it?

Does anyone else have this noise when moving the shifter to the left in neutral. It's a sort of creaky almost crunchy noise similar to a door hinge that needs to be oiled. Any idea on what it could be?

That was quick! Thank you. Is it something that can be greased or do I need to get a new part? Is it ok to continue driving?

I’ve not fooled with it myself, will have to defer to others. But I would be surprised if you couldn’t hit it with some dry graphite or silicone lube
