Anyone experiencing sluggishness with Sync lately?

Recently I have notice Sync running really slowly on my Bronco. Really bad lag after pushing the "soft" buttons, especially in the Nav app.

According to the Ford app, I haven't gotten an update since 4.2.2 on Oct 9, 2023. But the problem only started about a month ago.

I have tried rebooting Sync several times, but the slow responses still persist. Any ideas/suggestions on what actions to take?

All the time. I have given up and only use the USB-c.

Sync works fine for some people.
Works like crap for others.
Been garbage in my Bronco since the full screen update.

Mine plays songs for a few seconds and then skips to the next song.
About 30 percent of the time, when I start the vehicle, the screen is black. Can toggle between Ford nav and Android Auto to get it to load.
It's now back to my first phone call going through but having no sound on my end..
Sometimes music sounds decent .
Other times it sounds like it has lost most of its power.

When music through Android Auto starts, it goes in and out several times before it locks on.

Does the same thing with several different phones.
Same phones work perfectly in other vehicles.

Wow, I guess I shouldn't complain!

I thought I had problems. You guys have serious issues!
