Hello, I have a 2022 ford bronco wildtrak with the 12 inch sync 4 display and I cannot update my system. I haven’t gotten an update since January 2023. I called ford and they said my system is behind and to set a schedule for updates. I did and nothing has happened. It has been 2 weeks. My brother has the same bronco and his was updated recently. When I check my update details it doesn’t even say what update I am on. It only says that I’m up to date. Please help! My vin is 1FMEE5DP6NLB31043

Automatic updates has been on ever since I bought the car and every day I make sure it’s still toggled

Sometimes they just decide to stop updating individual vehicles altogether and there's nothing you can do about it.

It might eventually update again out of the blue - mine did after like 6 months of no updates while many other people were several versions ahead.

Or it may never update again because Ford decided you weren't special enough.

What features or fixes do you need?
My CarPlay is all glitchy and so is my navigation. Idk what is in the new updates but I just want the bug fixes

Take it to the dealer then it’s under warranty.
I did and they said they are waiting for their head technician. That was about 3 months ago. Never got a call back. They don’t answer either.

You’ll need to be more assertive in getting it fixed. Try a different dealer if possible. 3 months means they forgot you existed.

I went to another place and they said they couldn’t fix it because a module might be broken. The next service center is an hour away.

^this dealership was the first one I went to. The other one I said I was waiting 3 months for already replaced 2 modules and the screen itself.

Count yourself lucky..Ford breaks stuff when they update. I turned mine off and it still bugs me once in a while.

Have you tried the Ford App?
