Anyone going 40 inch tires?

I had a few questions that you guys might be able to help with for my selling dealers, since you all have done research and combining minds is always best. I know the black diamond/sasquatch is coming with a 35" tire option, but i have a guy thats asking for 40" tires and i know right now we only have a 3.5" lift available. with a proper offset and width of wheel, would a 40" tire fit without hitting the knuckle? he is doing the fender delete. I keep trying to push him to the 37" because i know it will fit without issue but he has his mind made up. any help would be great

3" BRONCBUSTERS BODY LIFT 3" BAJA KITS LIFT (it'll be 6" wider) put in a 2"-wheel space 5.33 gear and you're ready to put on the rock monster wheels and buy your 40's... you'll have 20k in parts and whatever on install put on aftermarket bumpers and cover the gaps by fabrication... you're good... this is by the way my long-term build...
