Anyone with the Injen intake seeing rain/water getting in the airbox?

I was wondering if anybody that has the Injen cai is noticing rain/water getting splashed up and into the intake airbox? The opening is quite a bit wider than the stock airbox so it looks like spray could get up in there easier.
