One of the reasons I purchased the Injen was because of how their system removed restrictions the stock system and other systems had. I wonder as well with the 23 models if the change in the sensor is registering to much air? Could that be an issue? The 21 and 22 may have a different sensor, and it compensates for the increased flow perhaps?

Since I have installed the system, I have not had a single code.
What Model year do you have?

That's what I thought. Lucky you.😊
Yeah :) It sucks that the 2023 is having the issues because the CAI is a great intake. In other news, I finally received my tracking number for my charge pipes. I should get them on the 4th of Jan.

Not sure about charge pipes, but I have the Injen catback dual exhaust, which I like.🙂 Not sure how happy I am with the company. I messaged them through their email over the weekend about the issue with the CAI, just to let them know I am having issues even after Ford's so-called fixes, and I've got no response and I don't expect I'll get one. Personally I think that's piss poor, especially seeing I have their exhaust system also. Between both of those, that's pushing two grand I spent on their products. Customer service is definitely lacking, unfortunately.

No keep at it. I was messaging, emailing, and calling about my charge pipes. I finally received an answer, and lol then I received my tracking. The person I was dealing with admitted there is a skeleton crew in the office, and just a few people to try to answer emails and phone calls.

Just keep at them, and they will get back to you.

What are charge pipes?
If you look at your engine, they are the upper pipes that run from the throttle body, and turbo systems.

Below, the top picture are the charge pipes I ordered. the part with the silver split goes to our turbos, and comes from the right side of the intercooler. The single pipe comes from the throttle body and goes to the left side of the intercooler. Looking at my current engine, you can see where these will go. They offer a larger diameter, which will flow better, which will help with turbo lag.

Coupled with the InjenCAI system I have installed, this will give more power to the system overall by the entire system breathing better and flowing more air.

Wonder how hard the install will be? Let me know how it goes. How much did they cost? Obviously I can't add anything else to my engine cuz I've already got issues with their products. I am currently riding with engine light with no way to get rid of other than going back to stock which is quite a project. Maybe if they figure out a fix I could also add those but not at this point. 😳

Hopefully not as hard as the CAI system was. I am thinking it will not be to hard. It is sort of straightforward. Remove the front skid plate, access to the intercooler, unclamp, remove old pipes, insert new pipes, connect to the intercooler, then work up and attach the turbos and finally the TB.

As for the issue with the 23's, I feel you will not have any more issues than you have now with the current code, these pipes flow to the upper inlet of the turbos. So I think adding them will not create any other issues that currently exist with the system.

No more engine mods for me as long as I have an engine light on, unfortunately 😕. Did you also upgrade the intercooler?

I am waiting for Injen to release it in Q1 2024. Might as well keep it all the same system.

I agree. Hopefully they don't forget about us with the problem. I'm thinking it doesn't behoove them to not try to come up with a solution because I'm sure the 24 and 25 models will end up with the same problems as the 23's and those people will not buy their products if they don't get this resolved.

I have this code when I get down on it. The crankcase hose connector (I think the yellow one) doesn't fit tight on the little nipple. Perhaps a larger o-ring will tighten it up

I talked with someone at Injen about 2 weeks ago. He told me they actually have a fix for this issue but they don't want to put it out quite yet. He said to watch their Instagram page or even on the Facebook page of theirs. They want to give it some more testing but it's a very easy fix. They will send out a part that needs to be changed out. He said Ford needs to stop messing around with their tuning because every time they change the tune it throws the sensors out of whack and they don't want to have to send out another part so they're trying to get it right the first time. Anyways, the fix is coming. 🙂 In the meantime I'm still driving around with my engine light on. 🫤
