Are 20" Rims Fine for Minor Off-Roading?

Its already been said but that combination will do you just fine and more than you will likely do it. One of my friends runs 37/22s on his jeep just to piss people off and goes everywhere everyone else goes even the trails in MOAB.

Really comes down to what you like, choose what you like.

FWIW, my G is on 18" wheels and 35" BFM KM2s, and it goes a lot of places those mall crawler Gs won't...

It's your ride, do want you want. However, 18s would be far better. The other potential issue, is gearing. I didn't catch if you are running 3.73 or the 4.27. I don't think I'd go any bigger than 33's with the possible gearing combos.
