Aux switch install now no sync system

Installed aux switches today on 2021 Big Bend. Made sure fuze box is tightened down, pushed fuses all the way down, everything else was straight forward.

Now, engine starts, drives just fine but sync won't boot up or does after 5 minutes. No reverse cam. When sync does come up, it's frozen. Sometimes will play the radio, but then won't turn off when Bronco is off.

Anyone have any thoughts what this could be?

Update, disconnected battery for 25 minutes, and seems to have fixed it.

Still curious if anyone else has experienced this and what their fix was.

I installed all hardware last weekend. I was concerned when I reconnected the battery, with initial odd behaviors. I made a trip instead inside, took the dog out, and all has been well sense. I have not yet made any of the Forscan revisions.

Yeah there's no for scan settings I'm aware of.

We did this to a 2024 about a month ago.And didn't have the fuse box tightened down enough. Had no power at 1st, tightened down some and had a bunch of errors. Tightened down again and everything fine.

What was weird this time was had power, but no sync. Tightened down all the way and it was the same. But after disconnecting battery again it seemed to fix it. So we'll see.

I read Sync is having issues. CarPlay from my phone may or may not work now...the phone indicates music is playing but the Bronco is using Sirius...or sometimes it works fine. From what I read, there should be an OTA fix for the software...but there seems to be no rush on Ford's part. Serious cases may need a trip to service to reload the software. I plugged in a USB so I can continue to listen to my toons...
