Hey there, having trouble finding this specific answer. Does the Badlands NON SAS still come with the m210 upgraded diff? Pondering converting to non squatch when orders roll to 23 to try and get it faster and just put my own wheels and tires. The 4.7 final isn't a huge deal to me, so the only other thing I can think of that wouldn't be on a non sas BL would be the diffs.

Anyone know?

Thanks

Thanks for asking this. I havenā€™t seen an in depth discussion on the differences between the 4.46 and 4.7 fdr. Since there are no real rehear options, knowing how changing tire sizes, and lifts, could go a long way for those trying to decide.

If you get the 2.3 w 7sp, youā€™ll get 4.7 on Badlands Non Sas

Yea I'm aware, but I have a nasty city traffic commute and bad knees at my age, so as much as I'd like a manual, not really an option
Not an option for me as well, donā€™t want to get a vehicle my wife wonā€™t drive.

Canā€™t recall all of the differences between sas and non sas on the badlands, only that it didnā€™t seem to balance out cost wise compared to other trim levels. I went with non sas with the intention of picking the wheels I wanted.

What it comes down to for me is the overall impact of drivability, power and fuel economy. I have a 2018 Sahara that I regeared to 4.56 to reclaim 6th. Made a huge difference in all the things mentioned (went from 11 to 16mpg average), Just canā€™t regear the Broncos, to my knowledge.

Thank you.

I'm not missing anything else besides the 4.7 final and the mildly different Bilsteins am I?
Correct. 35 in tires are the only other thing your missing besides the final drive.

Some consider that an advantage ...

You can regear a Bronco axle as long as it has a locker. The open carriers have ring gears that are welded.
