is for me! I have always had lifted trucks I feel the 35ish that come on a sas look super small I cant wait to change mine out for 38s but want to get some life out of the ones that came on it so I don't feel like i wasted that much money lol

and after lifting they look super small

Its all relative, and yeah I get it. The Base tires are a typical size for a SUV despite being only 16" because they have high sidewalls. They are great for those of us not into crawling, and don't want a higher step in height.

no I wasn't saying they are bad, just not my style. They each look great they are broncos lol
Just for me I love having big trucks my bronco as much as I love it still feels a little small to me even with 6 inches of lift. I jump out of my 250 on 37s with a lift and barely have to hop to get in my bronco I am also 6'3" my 5 2 wife has a much harder time

What are your thoughts on the Kendra's? I see theyreca little cheaper than leys say the Falken Wild Peaks. Wondering how they compare as my Big Bend needs some 285s.
this was a new vehicle for a customer so I didn't drive it anywhere but on our lot. I will say that the brief drive over the potholes and rough spots in our lot, the Kendas felt noticeably smoother than my 5000 mile BFG MT's. But i don't know what pressure they are running at and it was a REALLY brief test drive. But I did take note of the ride quality almost immediately.

what lift did you go with and how is the ride compared to stock?
Looking to go up some but I don't want to lose much ride quality. Thanks!
It was a Rough Country spacer lift. 3.5" front and rear I believe.

Kept factory rake? Or did you level it?

First pic on 37's, it almost looks like the rake is super exaggerated! But, maybe just angle of the shot.
See above. The RC kit used spacers in the rear and spacers above AND below the front strut plate. I didn't measure it, but may very well still have some rake.

Two different Base trim, manual transmission, 2 door Broncos nose to nose.

Red is obviously stock

Black one added 3.5” lift & 37” Kenda Klever on Raceline wheels.

I've had Klever AT2's (285/70r17) on my BB for about a year and a half - LT/E-load version. Over 15K miles in rain/snow/off-road/highway. Best tires I've ever had on any vehicle. Will buy again when needed, but looking like mine will be good to go for about 40K miles or so.

As a bone stock Base owner, I agree that it doesn't look great in photos, especially next to one that's been lifted. However, in person, I think it looks much better. I had wheels and tires ready to change out on my base, but have held off because it looks so much better in person. To each his own though...
I'm on 37s 5 inch lift base but the stock base2dr is only one that looks most like the gen 1 and that gives it credibility in my book....so i say cheers to yours

I'm with you. I need to stop looking at other people's build pics. I love my stock Big Bend. Walking up to it, I love it. Walking away from it, I walk backwards and stare at it. Nothing looks wrong to me. I'm driving 99% of the time on pavement with it as my daily driver, so my build works perfectly. Then I come HERE, and see all the fancy SHOES on everyone else's feet....

Those two don't even look like the same make and model! Incredible difference. Still, both are cool in their own right.

I know right! But other than paint color, they were identical models before the wheel & tire upgrade. the difference is crazy.
