Thanks, I completely agree it was rust oleum high etch primer, satin black and satin clear
Nice job, OP. You’ve given me the courage to paint my Big Bend’s grill. Did you:
1) sand the grill- if so, what grade paper?
2) use an adhesion promoter?
3) Neither?
Central Jersey guy here- I’m definitely up for driving an hour for a Pine Barrens meet.

I cleaned it with 70% alcohol then lightly wet sanded 400 grit don't sand too much you don't want to remove any existing paint. Then cleaned it again and sprayed it two to three coats of each.

I put the SAS wheels and tires with a 2" Zone lift on my OBX the day I got it. I had to take it back due to the intense rub with the wheel cranked. They took off the crash bars. It still rubs a little mostly when turning sharp, backing out of the driveway or a parking spot.
The SAS wheels have too much positive offset I have 0 offset and no rub

Looks great!
With a 1" lift was there any lift done to the rear?

You have given me new hope to run 37" (KO2 37's) and still be able to park at my work, which has a 6-6" clearance.

I really dig those fog/road lamps. Nice treatment. Looks like it should be a factory option. ;)

Well, it’s a large garage and 95% of it is 6-10” but theres one tiny area with a low pipe. So the entrance has a low clearance bar at 6-6”. I know I would be fine but I would be bumping into that bar everyday.

This is my first post had my bronco for 5 months and been lurking on her for 10 months.
Here is a quick rundown. Reserved June 4 2021 ordered Badlands, sasquatch, hardtop, 2.3 , high package, with tow.
Waited till September then removed the hardtop, sasquatch and tow and switched to the 2.7. Got scheduled the next week for November.
Got pushed three times finally to the infamous 12/6 build week with a blend date of 12/9 finally got a built email on 12/26.
Just escaped ice mountain and my 21 badlands was at my dealer on 1/19/2022.
So far here is what we've done to our Bronco
  1. Fuel Zephyr wheels 17 x 9 0 offset
  2. 37" BFG KO2
  3. Rough Country Tailgate reinforcement and relocation Bracket
  4. Zone 1" level
  5. Rigid Pod Lights
  6. Oracle spare tire brake light, bronco letter lights, Mod Bumper Triple Fog Lights
  7. DV8 Side Rails
  8. Painted the Grill Satin Black and added color matched aluminum behind the Oracle Bronco Letters
  9. Built my own BYOD Rail
Here are some pics and even though I wasn't a member yet thanks for your help and ideas.

Amazing! Great looking rig. I have a22 non sas badlands, and was thinking of getting the zone 1” level. Did the ride quality change at all when you added the level kit?

Thank You, The 1" zone level leveled off the Bronco perfectly and no change to the ride quality.
Highly recommend it.
