I also wanted to say what an awesome product Katzkins are. Light, dark, and bright blue with red stitching are absolutely not me, but damn those are beautiful. I’ve seen Katzkins in person on another truck, and they’re amazing.

I am planning on making a matching set with my '74 & '22. Hopefully the '22 will arrive soon!

American Racing makes a very similar set (and likely more reasonable in a 17” 0 offset, would have to have them custom drilled…

Freaking awesome, best 2 door yet!
Wrap lower hinge and roll blue paint down on clamshell to match front, that's just my two cents.
I think it needs a white strip painted above the window.
But your correct this thing is awesome

I wonder why they didn't release an option for something similar? I think they should've at least had something like this available for the FE.

We all need to know how you did the MIC. The two things I hope to change the color on mine when I get it is the top and grill.
here’s the details from the paint guy:

Wet scuff with a gray scotch Brite pad and scuff paste. Blow dry and wipe off with de greaser and glass cleaner.

Apply 2 coats of PPG plastic adhesion promoter. Let that tack off and then shoot with a medium gray 2k sealer.

Spray with base coat 3 coats.

Finish with PPG Ditzler Satin Clearcoat. 2 medium wet coats.”

Looks really great! Thank you for sharing. Would appreciate any information (process, degree of difficulty and approximate cost) to paint the top.
Per paint guy:

‘Wet scuff with a gray scotch Brite pad and scuff paste. Blow dry and wipe off with de greaser and glass cleaner.

Apply 2 coats of PPG plastic adhesion promoter. Let that tack off and then shoot with a medium gray 2k sealer.

about $1500
