Download a copy of FDRS, figure out what module failed, and reprogram the module. It's worth the $50 to avoid the whole dealership hassle and additional downtime that it will take to get it to the dealership and back.

Don't expect the FordBot to be able to help you, unless you enjoy playing tech support bingo on the phone, @flip is a far better option.

@flip works at a Ford dealer and typically asks for people's VIN to help them pull codes and what not here on the forum.
Well alrighty then. Makes my response pretty comical. Thanks much for the clarification. Will leave my stupid in place for an amusing read ;)

Isn't the issue with the cable not the software...thought the cable needed for FDRS was like $200?
