I installed them today. Weren’t hard to install. Just added a few shims. Hate how the shims are u-shaped and not drilled. If the both works loose, you could lose them.

These are pretty nice and solid. I only had to use shims on the driver side rear door to bring the latch higher for better alignment but they do provide extra shims if needed. You can also use washers for shims if you opt to.

You are certainly not alone, but it is a ford product so pricing will always be higher than aftermarket solutions.
