Bronco NOT scheduled - Tracker not working? Who received a "My bad" email from Ford today?

Just received the below email stating I was told my scheduling email was sent in error. What a kick in the pants. Just when you thought @Ford couldnt have screwed this whole thing up any further

Were you one of the ones having issues with the tracker? Or did it show as "Scheduled" in the tracker with the given VIN and Order Number?

The tracker wasn't working, and when I talked to customer service back in March, they showed my order as "previewing"

There were a few others on this blog having similar issues and conflicting information from their dealer/Ford. I wonder if they got this email today too.

I didn't get the error email, but I did get a confirmation on 4/27 my bronco was scheduled for June 19 week production. The tracker reflected that scheduling info at the time. I checked a couple days ago and it now no longer says it's scheduled at all, it only lists it as order confirmed in tracking.

I’m having the same issue. My order had been scheduled for the week of 5/17 now it just says order confirmed.

Same here, was scheduled for production week of 6/5/23 - now it's not scheduled at all - just back to order confirmed status. Here we go! Last update (before today) was 4/20/23 with a production week of 6/5/23.

EDIT: I do still have a VIN showing in the tracker, but no "Oops" email from Ford...

So in an odd twist, I stopped by my dealer to cancel my order, and when my sales person pulled up my order it showed the vin that I was previously sent that ford now says isn’t mine, and their system shows that it has a scheduled build week of 6/26. I checked the tracker link from my email and it now shows my order as “order confirmed” but no scheduled build date or week.
It seems what we can be sure of is that ford has no idea what is going on and your bronco will get built whenever it BL gets built.

I didn't get this exact email, but I did get an email letting me know that my scheduled build date of 5/18 was changed to 5/29.
I check the tracker, and it now doesn't show the schedule week. It only says order confirmed.
