Bronco Off-Roadeo Trash Bags

I attended the Las Vegas Off-Roadeo back in May, and they had these mesh trash bags hanging from the spare tire on every one of them. Does anyone know who made them and where I can get one? I'd love to have one to allow wet gear to air out and dry.

(This might be better off in the "accessories" forum, but I thought I'd post it here because the Off-Roadeo was where I saw them.)
