Bronco Order Not Accepted Yet

Hey Y'all,

I'm pretty new to the forum and am hoping for some help outside of what my dealership has provided me. My original order date was 11/26 and I have no idea when the order might be accepted.

I changed the order on 1/25 to:

Black, Badlands, 2.3, Hardtop, Hi package as the only add ons. Any help/advice is appreciated

Couple of questions:

Did you have a reservation?

Did you get a Dora when you ordered it and verified that the priority code is 10-19?

Have you logged in to your ford account and checked the status on the reservations and orders page?

Obviously a rookie since they are under the belief only a day and month qualifies when pertaining to a Bronco order. NOTE, we work in “ years” here.

As others have said.

1) order date is meaningless without a year.

2) normally you get an e-mail from Ford the next business day, although sometimes the same day.

Have you checked your orders on your Ford account?

I believe Ford considers an order "accepted" when they schedule it and assign a VIN. Until then it's just a placed order waiting, and waiting, and waiting....

Got it that makes sense. I do have a priority code of 19, I don't have anything in my Ford account only the order form from the Dealership in Massachusetts.

I only have my canceled Ford Lightning in my Ford account, guess it's just a matter of waiting. Maybe I'll get an update in 2023

No reservation, just an order through the dealer.

I don't know how the process works for orders without a reservation, I think the only way to get information is through your dealer or through Ford chat or phone call.

I would check your spam folder to see if you received an email verifying the order if you didn't get an email.

At this point you'll most likely need to reorder for 2023. Watch for an announcement, but right now it looks like that'll be August 15. I think there is only 1 more scheduling ahead for 2022... Someone else can probably confirm that...

Order banks are supposed to open on August 15th, but scheduling for MY22 is supposed to go through September 8th.

MY22 is going to be built until 30 October, and Ford really can't schedual more than 6 weeks in advance.

I just got my email. I ordered on 1/5/2022 and currently scheduled for build week 9/26!!
