Congratulations. I’m sure you’ll get plenty WT owners offering options.

I bought the Lobo HNT rear bumper. Not installed yet.

The others I was considering were the SVC and ADD bumpers.

I’m not looking forward to dealing with parking sensors. I may want something installed.

From all the different install videos for the different bumpers, the parking sensors seem to be a fairly straightforward process. 🤞

I’ve heard they can be problematic because the new bumper is a different shape.

Thats not installation, That’s more the design of the bumper and the sensors “seeing” things at new angles. You are correct that research will be needed for the bumper you choose.

Do you have needs in mind? I've got the StinkyFab Sledgehammer high clearance rear bumper I'm about to install. The front sensors (I have the pair) were easy except all those bolt heads you see actually go to the brackets inside that hold the wires (on the front... that's what I've done). So it's annoying to drill all those out (there's a lot, on the front...).

One thing this bumper doesn't have is a step like stock (under the tire). If you think you're going to use that, just be aware to watch out for it.

Here's @StinkBug's install video for the rear bumper, he shows removing the sensors and gives some helpful tips like marking where they were and go.

Also, the Bronco in the video is a WT.

Just get the factory “steel” rear bumper, tons with sensor holes for sale cheap in my local area. It’s a thinner steel shell with a plastic top tread plate. I find all the aftermarket offerings to be too angular and overbuilt.

Its official. I purchased a 2023 wildtrak. The only thing I don’t like is the plastic rear bumper. Any suggestions appreciated.
I mean...the rear bumper is steel, just has some plastic covering on parts, like the spot to extend it to match the sasquatch fender.
