Very nice congrats. I thought the optional wheels were constrained but obviously you got them. Good looking rig, very classy.

I finally took delivery last week. Build date was March 31/23 and yes it took that long to get to me! Don't ask because nobody has any answers. It also had 106 km (65 miles) on it which was slightly bothersome. Moving on...

The first thing I did (while the PDI guy was still prepping) was to crawl under and check the manual transmission. Unfortunately I received the AA manual transmission. Probably the last one put in a Bronco ever!

The good news is that the dealer honoured the correct pricing.

Regardless, I am very happy to be here and ready to join the fun. So many mods and I just don't know where to start 🙂

Cheers.

Nice shots! I can smell the sage from here.

By the way Axe the front license plate, Wyoming is still the Wild West and doesn’t require one. 😀

Wyoming requires two license plates (front and rear). If you can point out some new law that would be great, but sadly I don't think so.

Have you ever seen a Bronco that you didn't like?
NO! All Broncos are COOL, as evidenced by all these pictures. Glad to see so much love for the 2-door. Wanted a manual (with the tire cover that says "this is equipped with a millennial anti-theft device" and shows the shifting pattern!) but our "Zena" arrived and it was OURS! I'm glad the 4-door needing people go with FORD vs a Cherokee, RRover, etc. We consider the 2D THE BRONCO. FORD would do itself good to have some more unique colors - Jeep Wrangler has always had great color choices. Feel the love Team 2D.

I checked with Albany county and they said not required for vehicles that didn’t come from the factory without holders. See link. For example the Mustang doesn’t require you install a front plate according to our law. I even checked with Laramie PD they laughed and said not required for your Bronco and said Ditch it!

Yep, I've read that a few times over the past few years. I think it depends on how they interpret that and whether you want the risk of being harassed. I'll do some more asking but not a big deal to me either way. I'd love to remove it though!

I would go with the DV8 front plate bracket for the modular bumper. It angles so it doesn't stick out as much and leaves the opening for better airflow. NJ requires 2 plates but I told the dealer not to install it on the grill like the stock bracket does.

I look at that site for my state could not find that section o_O but
they update that section to give you heads up (https://law.justia.com/codes/wyoming/2022/title-31/chapter-2/article-2/section-31-2-205/)
The only thing I saw was different was this. ( (IX) Off-road recreational vehicles as defined by W.S. 31-1-101(a)(xv)(K)(II) that are registered pursuant to W.S. 31-2-232. )
