I remember the day I got the factory pic back in November of '22..... 56 days later, Bronco is still sitting in a rail yard 2,100 miles away.... Oh Ford, how you F'd this launch up so unbelievably bad...
[/QUOTE]

Hang in there! It will be worth the wait! Not that I am defending Ford's mess of a product launch, but they do not have any control over the shipping after they leave the plant. Love your Basequatch 2 Door, the best Bronco for the money!!!

Got the Roush intake on and engine cover this past weekend. Also got rid of the cheap Big Bend decals off the fenders and replaced with Bronco script. And ditch lights with Rigid mounts.

How do you like the intake?

Its nice, you hear the turbo now, but not like some of the other kits. K/N and others make it sound like a honda. But Roush is subtle!

Got the ARB diff cover today and installed. Should give me at least another 15-18hp! LOL

What was the change in fluid volume of the diff with that cover?
No change, still 2qts to fill. Only change was I went from 75/85 to 75/90 Lucas. The only reason I always get a new cover is to be able to change and inspect fluid without having to remove.

Yea, it's a real game changer to actually inspect instead of blindly drain/refill.

By chance did you get any pics of the inside facing of the cover? ARB makes reference to there being additional structural bracketing but without any image of what they're talking about.

There is no difference about the inside other than the dipstick structure. That area is left of the ring gear hump of the cover, so the hump area is a little wider than oem. Clearance and interior shape is the same as oem.
