Picked up my new 2dr OBX 2.3L automatic non-SAS today. Trip report:

Tires... it should be a federal crime for dealers to let these off the lot at 45lbs pressure cold

Took the boat out Mon and Tue while we had some 70 degree weather. River is still running high from all the rain, but it was worth it.

What sort of drop hitch size are you using?

I think it's around 6-7" drop. The ProComp wheels are -6 offset so the spare sticks out another 1-1/4" compared to the stock Sas wheels/tires so it definitely needed a drop to clear the spare with the trailer latch in the up position. The trailer actually looks pretty level with that drop.

Geez man, guess I haven’t seen the entire profile of your rig in a while; totally badass build! Looks like some nice fun wheelin you done there too.

That’s the best rear bumper I’ve seen. Almost looks like the stock with the bottom thin steel removed. Which bumper is it?

The rear bumper is from 4wp. Heading to Moab next weekend with 5 more Broncos

LOL...Hahaha!!! I love the arm.... Used to do that with a leg out the door and added fishing line to make it move....

And yeah... the rig is looking awesome.

LOVE the arm hanging out! Where'd you get it?
I had the arm for over 25 years not sure were it came from. He used to smoke in his younger years.

Very happy to have the soft top back on for the summer! All cleaned up and ready to go!!
Looks great.

I'm thinking about getting a soft top. I watched the install video and was unsure if you could leave all the pieces they stick on when you put the hardtop back on for the winter.

So once you install it once is switching back and forth easier?

Is the wind noise about the same? My hardtop is pretty noisy, but acceptable, I'd be happy if the soft top was similar...

The soft top is a bit noisier, but I absolutely love it. The original install took me two hours, but switching out spring and fall takes about an hour. I only take apart what I need up to remove.
